Hello,
I am pretty new to Power BI and I am more used to MS Excel.
I am trying to get Power BI to count the number of times each of these values repeats in each column. Each row represents a survey-taker, but I want to show the total count by requirement (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc)
and then I would like to add a visual to show data, something like this:
I was able to do this pretty easily in excel with a composite "countif" formula but I haven't been able to find a way to this in Power BI. Can someone offer some guidance? thanks!

@Anonymous , My advice would be to unpivot those columns and post that you can count

If this does not help
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
