Count using a where

Hi, 

 

I need to create a new measure to apply the following logic, can anyone please help with with the correct DAX syntax please?

 

Count distinct cust_no where dept_no = 0

Total Count =
CALCULATE(
                   DISTINCTCOUNT(Table[cust_no]),
                   Table[dept_no] = 0
)
