Count the number of times a value appears in a table visual

Hello,

I am trying to create a measure to a column to my current table visual that counts the number of times a Parent Account shows in the table visual based on various filters I have applied on the filter pane. Attached is an example of my table as well as the expected results. Any help with this measure is much appreciated!

@reggiebob , a simple measure count(Table[Parent Account]) should do that

@amitchandak, thank you for your feedback. I have tried count previously but all values come out as 1 vs the accumulative total.

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
