Count the Frequency of an Occurrence

Power BI Community,

I have a data set that includes the following information in two columns:

1. Purchase Order (PO) Number (i.e. 1234)
2. PO Description  (i.e. Repair front and rear gates.)

*Both columns are in TEXT format.

I would like to count the number of times a particular word is being used in all the descriptions within my data set. Is it possible to perform such an exercise within Power BI?

Are referring to having a measure that counts the order and description or each individual word within the PO/Description?

Count PO = Calculate (Count(Purchase Order)

Count PO Description = Calculate (Count(PO Description)

I am looking for a formulae that counts each individual word. For instance, I would like to know the number of times the word repair or weld comes up in my descriptions.
