Count repeating values

Good morning

I've been thinking about how to do this for days but I can't find a way (I'll have to expand my knowledge...)

Every week I extract a report where I get some invoice references (Document number column)

The issue is that, I would like to be able to count how many of those references disappear and how many appear new, that is,

Assuming we are in week 33

Number of references that appeared in week 32 but do not appear in week 33

Number of references that did not appear in week 32 but do appear in week 33

Perform some function that takes into account:

If Document Number of week 32 does not appear in week 33, then: "Invoice closed"

If Document Number week 33 does not appear in week 32, then "New Invoice"
