Hi, I'm still new to power bi and I feel like I'm messing up at the most basic level, I tried finding similar posts here but for some reason they're not working for my circunstances, I have 2 tables as shown on the picture, table 'Raw Combined' lists tickets generated by users, table 'New Hire Report' lists users who are new hires, I need a measure that gives me a count of how many tickets were generate by new hires, I tried creating a new table grouping raw combined and then matching to new hire then doing a sum of matched users but wasn't able to get it to work, I feel like this could be a simple measure created from the visual editor, the idea is to display the amount of tickets in a Card. Any guidance here would truly help. Thanks!

you can try this
Measure =
VAR tbl=ADDCOLUMNS('New Hire',"count",CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Table'),FILTER('Table','Table'[customer name]='New Hire'[Customer name])))
return sumx(tbl,[count])
