Count of consecutive periods within a 3 month rolling period

Hi,

I am hoping someone might be able to help with a DAX measure.  Below is a snip from a sickness spreadsheet I use to feed a PBI report I am building.  I need a DAX measure that will give me a rolling 3 month count of individual sickess periods.  If you look at Piotr, he is off on long term sickness, this would be counted as 1 period.  Jacky would be counted as 2 as he had 2 individual sickness periods.
