Count occurrence of particular value and display in matrix

Hi everyone I am trying to create a matrix that has the count of a particular value which comes from a measure itself.

This is the sample matrix

Id     5/1   6/1   7/1

1      100   98     90

2      100   88     95

3      100   100   99

note: values in col 2, 3 and 4 are based on a measure themselves.

This is something I am trying to make

Cycle Month       Groups 100% Loaded               

5/1                         3/3                   

6/1                         1/3                      

7/1                         0/3

can you give a sample of what the data looks like before being loaded in the matrix

and of the measures that calculate the values in the matrix

sometimes its easier to calculate something like the percent completed directly rather than piling those calculations on top of another set of calculations.
