Count number and time for upgrade packages

Hi PowerBI community,

maybe some one can help me with the following task.

We have a purchase record with following fields.

-Sales ID: Identifier for an sale

-Time: Date of the Sale
-CustomerID: Identifier for the customer
-ItemID: Identiifer for the item

-Product: Product Name

Additionaly are the item depending on their ItemID categorized in categories.

For example is "Computer_A" a package consisting of several items, wheras Harddisk and RAM would be considered an upgrade item.

The task is to answer two questions:

-How many Upgrade packages had been directly sold with the first purchase.

-What is the average time for an Upgrade item to be purchased after an initial Package sale.

The goal is to have something like the below table.

Has someone an idea how this could work?

Best regards and thank you.

Hi @Klingi

Item 1 has two kinds of products.

Why the package in the table is "Computer"?

The table has many items, how can we define which is package or upgrade?

Best Regards
