Count in Matrix visual

Hi,

I have a scenario where i have 3 tables for data in tables A, B and C with multiple codes.  I am using matrix visual to count of Id AA, BB and CC. I have tried using All, AllSelected & All except in measures.

Model is as follows:

Note: Below Expected result is what i need to get. Column AA and BB does not count all respective rows.

Please help me to get the overall total

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.

Thanks for your reply and links.

m_act = COUNTROWS('AA')

m_Total 1 =

VAR __table = SUMMARIZE('AA',[A],"__value",[m_act])

RETURN

IF(HASONEVALUE('AA'[A]),[m_act],SUMX(__table,[__value]))

As you see below, it is not calculating the total of rows. Sum should be equal 8.
