Hello all, i wish to sum the work time (Mon-Fri) for a staff member. However over time, working patterns may change therefore I have a valid to and from date in the date, I would like to use a date drop-down and calculate the total hours at that point in time.
i have no idea where to start, I have the following table and a date table. i am also not sure what date I should link to the date table as I am now dealing with two date fields!
Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you
Hi @NewbieJono
Do you mean you want to get all hours that meet the date you chosen? can you provide some smple output you want?
Best Regards!
Yolo Zhu
Yes, if i select todays date, it would show total 6 active clients (not 7). The total hours work would add the 7 days but exclude client member 103, as they hours ended in January and are no longer active
@NewbieJono The first thing I would do with this table is to unpivot the days of the week columns and create one Day of the Week column and one Hours column.
