Count distinct discrepancy

I'm seeing a different number when doing a count distinct on orderID in my data.

I have a filter of year (2018) and in my data I get this number 1 Then when I visualize this with a card using the same filtering I get 1984, here is what I'm doing on the card: 2

I have no filter on the page or anywhere else, any ideas why the number is slightly different? the 2,017 number is the correct number, so somewhere along with the the visualization is losing some records

I'll give you a piece of good advice. Please never rely on the automatic summarization feature of PBI. Always, and I really mean ALWAYS, create your own stand-alone measures.

Whether the value of field order_id is unique or not in whole table? Could you please provide some sample data in your model and applied fields in your visual(situation 1 ) in order to make troubleshooting? Thank you.

Select the card visual and click on the Filter Button on the header and check what filters affect the visual.
