Count consecutive dates

Hello,

I have a report where I want to highlight any employess that work 12 + consecutive days.

In my data I have the calendar days that they work and if they do not work certain dates it skips these dates.

I need to be able to create a count to show how many consecutive dates they worked until it skips a date.

Please see example.
