Hallo,
I have an issue with an employment status. I want to capture the employee performance, and I have a table with target per month also an employee status. When employee joining in the company, new employees has 4 months probation with 0 target. So I want make a slicer to filters employee status in my dashboard.
Left for employee status (PE = Permanent, PR = Probation) and Right is target.
Could you help me, what should I do?
Thank you

Hi @nailed ,
Maybe you can just change the relationship between 'Status' and 'DB Name'. cross filter direction as both.

@nailed , Not able to get it completely
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
I previously had a bar chart with headcount, total headcount achieve and total headcount not achieve. And I want to filter it again which is employee probation and permanent.
@nailed , if employee status is available as a column, then you can use that as a slicer.
or you can add that to axis and expand (reverse, square y sign) , you can use concatenate label off - sort on-axis to display it together
Thank you for your response @amitchandak, but I can't understand what you mean. Here is my PBIX if you could help me please.

Hi @amitchandak , that's not what I expected. The bar chart showing all employee status. So when I choose in Dec 2021, and I choose probation status. The bar chart values will adjust what I've filtered. Example when I filtered in spreadsheet
