Count and Filter

Good day,

I have look at all the post but do not seem to find an answer which can asssit me with the formula I require.

I have a table and would like to see the number of requests per Status but we have more than one Decline status and would like to group the Decline statuses.

The Statuses are as follows:

Ready for Analysis

Implemented

Moved to CAM

Declined: Inadequate evidence for implementation

Declined: No feedback

Declined: Not valid request

I tried count and filter but it is not giving the result I am look for.

Hi @Susan_Colyn 

in power Bi go to Fields, right click on your column and select new group.
 

Next, while holding Crtr select the fields you wont to group together,  click on group button and click OK
