Count IF / Filter with Use Relationship

Hi everyone,

I have two tables.

The Reference table displays colours with an associated colour code.

The Fact table displays multiple projects. The This Period Colour column and Forecast Colour column contains colour codes.

I want to produce the Expected Result table above which displays a count of each colour code in the Fact table by Colour Name. Importantly, I need users to be able to select any value from the Expected Result table to automatically filter any other graphs/tables in a dashboard.

I have created a relationship between This Period Colour and Colour Code, and dragged the This Project Colour column into a Table visual and set it to Count. This functions as expected.

I have created an inactive relationship between Forecast Colour and Colour Code and then created the below measure.

However, I cannot get this measure to work as intended.

Measure =

CALCULATE (
 COUNT ( Fact_Table[Forecast Colour] ),
    FILTER (
      Fact_Table,
        Fact_Table[Forecast Colour]= MIN(ReferenceTable[Colour Code])
           )
         ,USERELATIONSHIP(Fact_Table[Forecast Colour],ReferenceTable[Colour Code])
          )

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thank you both very much for your solutions. I will mark the solution from @Ashish_Mathur as the accepted one because it fulfills the important requirement I initially mentioned - allowing users to be able to select any value from the Expected Result table and automatically filter any other related graphs/tables on the same page.

@imranamikhan use userelationship function

--this will be count of active relationship
Count Forecast Period = COUNTROWS ( FactTable )

--this will be count of inactive relationship
Count This Period =
CALCULATE (
    [Count Forecast Period],
    USERELATIONSHIP ( ReferenceTable[Color Code], FactTable[This Period Color] )
)
