Count Blank Rows and Rows with the Number 0

Hello Everyone, 

 

i need a measure where i can count blank rows and rows with the number 0 at the same time. 

 

Thanks for your help!

Measure = COUNTROWS( FILTER( 'Table', [Column] = BLANK() || [Column] = 0 ) )
