I got this issue unexpectedly. Re-installing of application doesn't help. I used only excel files for my project.
I tried solution with executing "C:\Program Files\Windows Defender\MpCmdRun.exe –resetplatform" and it doesn't help too. Is it bug from 2018 still actual?
