Correlation between two data points in same column

Hello,
I have 3 columns
Month | Year | Sale

Year contains years from 2008-2020

1. Now I want to find correlation between my data points from 2016-2019 vs 2020.
2. Continuing on Question 1 itself. My Correlation should be further filtered to data from April to September(2016-2019 vs 2020)

You may create a correlation matrix using R statement, or use the custom visual Correlation plot .
