Correct value in totals and card visual but incorrect total in table row

I have written a DAX code and on a card visual and the totals I get the correct value but in the row I am getting the wrong number, where do I begin to find out whats going wrong?

totalbays =
VAR onlyCampaignFiltered =
    ISFILTERED ( 'Campaign Overview'[campaign] )
        && NOT CALCULATE (
            ISCROSSFILTERED ( 'range_plans' ),
            REMOVEFILTERS ( 'Campaign Overview'[campaign] )
        )
            || ISFILTERED ( 'Calendar'[weekNumWeekCommence] )
RETURN
    SWITCH (
        TRUE (),
        SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Campaign Overview'[branch_type] ) = "IN STORE", [totalRangePlanBays],
        onlyCampaignFiltered,[totalRangePlanBays],
        [Total Avg Bays Campaign Overview]
        )

 When I filter on a range group it shows the correct amount in the totals but incorrect in the row:

@Anonymous So that's quite the reversal! Generally the situation is the other way around. Normally what I do is to create a measure to return the correct row value first. Then I create a second measure that uses HASONEVALUE or ISINSCOPE to create a measure that returns a correct total. Kind of hard to understand what is going wrong with the information provided but hopefully the following links will help.

This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common. See my post about it here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/DAX-Commands-and-Tips/Dealing-with-Measure-Totals/td-p/63376

Also, this Quick Measure, Measure Totals, The Final Word should get you what you need:
