Currently i have it that the "MedewerkersKLM" table is the fact. But my teacher told me that "Verzuimtransacties" is the fact table. Other people are saying that MedewerkersKLM is the fact table. Does anybody know what the correct fact table is? thanks.

@sencius - No, you cannot call this as a snowflakes schema. A typical snowflake schema dimensions are in a normilised form, just for your reference:

From your model, I think it is fair to say that you have two fact tables.
1. MedewerkersKLM is the fact table for all the tables connected to it expect Verzuimtransacties.
2. Verzuimtransacties is fact table for MedewerkersKLM.
In start schema, Dimension table will be on One side and Fact tables will be on the Many side. I would suggest you to read this document for better understnading https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/guidance/star-schema
