Solved: Copilot Error?

I'm getting this problem with Copilot.

But I am signed in and Q&A is turned on.

Sorry to sound whiny but what am I doing wrong?

To use copilot in the desktop you / admin need to modify the Q&A in the service too.

Please refer to the linked article, especially the part " Enabling Q&A Tenant Settings for Copilot"
