Converting Unit of Measure Assistance

I need to create a DAX formula that will look at the Sales UOM and if it matches the Inventory UOM then give me the Sales Quantity but if it doesnt match the Inventory UOM then perform the conversion on the Sales Quantity UOM to the Inventory Quantity UOM.

The relationships are the sales table is the fact table connected to released products (dimension) on Item Number, then released products table to unit of measure conversion table on item number.
