Convert web based dashboards to pbix

Hi all, I have a web based automatically generated PBI dashboard that I would like to convert to a PBIX file.  It seems to be doing it, but then I cannot find the file in my workspace or anywhere else.  Can someone help me please.

Ok, I replicated your scenario.

I guess you are following these steps, Open a sharepoint list -> Click on Integrate -> Power BI -> Visualise the list.

Then Power BI will generate a report automatically and you are clicking on 'Save a Copy'. In this way you cannot find the report in any workspace. Or you will not be able to download the report.

Instead follow these steps, Open the sharepoint list -> Click on Export -> Power BI, then you get a screen to Save the sharepoint list as a Power BI dataset in a selected workspace.

Once the dataset is created then you can hoverover the dataset and then click on the three dots and click on 'Auto generate Report'. Once the report is genereated, save a copy of the report. Then you will be able to download the report.

When I save it, it doesn't give the options in the article.  It just gives me the following.

Thank you for getting back to me.  That's correct.  These are automated reports generated through MS Lists.  However it only does a web based version and when I save, I caanot download to a pbix file.  None that I can find anyway.
