Convert paragraph of text into list or bullet points

Hello, 

I am working with 'key responsibilites' that come through as a paragraph of text in Power BI. This is also how it was formatted in the data source. I'm looking for a way to quickly itemize the responsibilites, whether in bullet points or as an alternative visual, but havent been successful. 

Ex: 

Key Responsibilities: • Collaborates and leads discussions with business partners to identify and document informatics and analytics requirements and use Power BI to present data in order to identify concerns and apply solutions quickly to achieve business objectives. • Develops and leads small scale initiatives to present to leadership, providing project progress and challenges. • Develops business intelligence and analytics solutions to support business needs, including custom reporting and advanced analytics.

needs to be converted to:

not sure if a DAX formula could also help re-format the text. Ideally, this would be listed on a table with the job title and any other related details - so bullets would be in one column or visual.

Hi @reganhodges 

Yes, this can be done quite easily in Power Query.

1. I copied your text as a single record in Power Query (image 1) to show you starting point.
2. I used "Split by Delimiter" and just copied and pasted a bulletpoint as the delimiter. (image 2 and image 3)
3. Then 'transposed' table to get it in a single column (image 4).
4. From here, you can add an Index column to order as you want them (i.e. 1 to ...) or you can add a Custom Column and put a bullet point in inverted commas "• " to get a column with bullet points. Then you can merge it to get the output you originally wanted (image 5 and 6).
