Convert Rows to Column of a Single Record

Hello. I am new to PowerBI. I have an excel sheet which has the data in this format.

I need to transform the data into below format.

Can anyone please let me know the steps for this..? It would be of much help.

Not properly useful.

You are right. I think this is complictated. You have to be sure that you have only 3 or 5 entry per user. And than you have to right code for every column. Why you want this special table?

The table sturcture is fixed. There is only 3 records for each ID and Name, so no problem there. As to why it is required, we have all kinds of managers in this world who have very specific requirements 😄

How you want to sort this Section 1 to 3, per date? 

Section 1 values from the earlist entry?

Yes. The dates should be from Left to Right in increasing order.
