Convert Numeric field on Import

I have a dataset with an inventory of products reported in dozens and I want to convert it to eaches upon import without creating a new column. Can anyone help?

Select your column and then add a "Multiplied Column" step. You will find this in the Transform tab under "Standard" operations. In M code, it looks like this:
