Conversion %

I want to calculate a conversion percentage based on the total number of leads for the month by number of leads qualified (status is set to ‘Qualified’).

AS the lead is qualified after a certain time period, it seems the percentage is always taken in retrospect. Ie A lead was created in June but it qualified in September since it took 3 months to qualify.

This conversion percentage will be attributed to the month of June as opposed to September even though the qualification was in September.

Is there a way that we can attribute that conversion percentage for the month of September?

I’m thinking that I need to take into account all qualifications for that month of:

1. Leads that were created that month and qualified in that same month

2. Leads that were created before that month and qualified in the current month

You can create formula's based on the dates you want and can use them, All these can refer to the same date dim. For that have Date dim first and then refer to blog to see how you can date in formula, hope that can help

To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s.
