I still hope somebody can help me with this problem. Or, it means Power BI's power is limited, power less now?

I have got help from Mr. Parry2k and his solution works for the dataset given. However, it won't work for update a more realistic dataset as included in the .pbix file. I have worked a bit based on Parry2k's method, what I come to is that the last know value for all ART is not there after transformation, or is 0, i.e. perhaps why from the last day with known value to today is all blank. Let me know if you need more explanation for the dataset.
