Connection between different dates

Hi,   I have two data sets, where the main one is refreshed every day and the 2nd one is based on the user's ad hoc intervention. To connect two data sets together I've created Reporting_Date table...

    Hi pbi_rafal ,

     

    From what I can understand the first two table are is your initial input try the following steps:

    Power query:

    1. Do a new table with a merge of both table by date
    2. Expand the column Manual Input
    3. Fill down
