Connecting to cherwell data

I am running Power BI Report Services on my machine. we use cherwell for our ticketing data. I see that if I go to connect to data -> other, there is a cherwell beta option. I am running the January 2022 version of Power BI. My question is, can I connect to cherwell to pull data directly, and how do I do that. Is there also a way to set up a dashboard in Power BI so that when you click on a record it will open it in cherwell? The documentation I have found online is very confusing, any help is appreciated.

    Hi Anonymous,

     

    You can use the connector provide by Get Date. Then get data by cherwell REST API.

    "so that when you click on a record it will open it in cherwell"

    You can create a button with aciton is Web URL and when you click, it will link to the url you configured.
