I want to connect to one database(tool) from SQL Server Database . How to get the server name generlly for database.

1. Go to portal.azure.com and login with your credentials.
2. Go to the Database for which you require server name.
3. You will see the server name on the right as shown below:

but in database, i cant see anything.

You must login using credentials who has access on that database or who can give you access.
The steps to see server name is same as i mentioned in my earlier post. If you are not the administrator then contact him/her for access.

When you are saying that you have access on the database then that means you must have accessed the database in SSMS or some other client tool. So at that time you must have used server name to connect to the instance where this database is hosted. in your case which is Azure.
