Connecting to Google Sheets - Error

The following error displays when I try to enter a Google Sheets URL and then sign in. What steps need to be taken to resolve?

Hi,

I tested the google sheets connector with my non-organizational Google account and it created the connection and pulled the data in properly. So it seems to be the permissions set that allow or deny PowerBI access to google for this account. It's not a straight forward on/off in the back end to grant permissions, but at least I know the source of the issue.

According to the error message, it seems the issue more related to the authorization.  Have you used the root file link (www.xxxxx.com/abc.xlsx) to get data?

AFAIK, current power bi may not able to getting data from the redirected file link(www.xxxxx.com/file=xxxxxxxxx) or link with additional authorizations.
