Good evening,
I understand that there are multiple ways to connect SN data as a data source: app dataset, web source and ODBC connection.
However, I really want to connect it as a web source. We have an admin account credentials set up to access the SN domain url instance; however, it does not work. This is the link that is referenced:
https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/explore-your-servicenow-data-with-power-bi/
Are there any updates on why using account login credentials is not working when trying to access the SN instance as a web source?
Please let me know.
Best,
Hi @vacuesta
If you're still interested in finding a solution, you can try Power BI Connector for ServiceNow.
It allows to fetch ServiceNow data Power BI easily.
