I have been trying to connect an excel to powerBI through the web connector. Everytime I do so and try to connect it with an organizational account, it prompts "We were unable to connect because this credential type isnt supported for this resource. Please choose another credential type". And this is being displayed for every level. What do I do?

Hi @marzanc01 Ensure you are using the OneDrive for Business link (not the shared or public link). Get the link by selecting "Open in Excel" in OneDrive, then copy the URL from the browser.
Use the SharePoint Foder connector in Power BI instead of the Web connector. Ensure the correct file link is used and that your organizational account has access.
