Connecting Microsoft forms to powerbi

Hi, I'm a home user with microsoft 365 and powerbi pro license.
I want to learn how to connect forms and powerbi together.  But I don't have sharepoint.

How would you suggest i connect forms to powerbi if I don't have Sharepoint to use?  Is there a way i can do something similar if I had sharepoint on my desktop?

Hi @StevenT,

What is your aim of the connection? Do you want to present the results/answers in Power BI?

You could for example create a Power Automate flow which triggers when a new response is submitted and store this in a data source (this could for example be an Excel file on your OneDrive) via that flow. After that you could use that data source in your Power BI report.

Hi @StevenT ,

As @Expiscornovus  said, please consider creating an excel in onedrive, creating a flow get the submitted form data and saving the data to the excel in onedrive. Then you can get the excel data from power bi.

There is an even easier method as long as your microsoft forms responses are saved in a web-hosted excel spreadsheet (whether it is in One Drive or Sharepoint does not matter).
Just copy the link to the excel file (delete the last few characters of the link to make sure that the link ends in ".xlsx").
Go to Power BI:
Get data = Web
Paste your link to the excel file and it will import it for you.
Every time you refresh, it will be imported into Power BI.
