Hi All!
I was hoping to get some insights around the 'Service Account Login' feature within Power BI to connect to an GoogleBigQuery table and if anyone has had any luck with successfully connecting a service account.
Whenever I attempt to connect to the service account I get the following error message:
I have tried multiple different roles for the service account and still run into this issue when attempting to connect, a strange thing I would like to pointout is that when I wrap the password in ' " ' it will accept the password however give me the following error:
I have removed the ' \n ' from the my private key which has also put me the same boat as the above screenshots.
Can I confirm if anyone has connected to a GoogleBigQuery table successfully via the 'Service Account Login'? Please keep in mind that I would like to confirm it was connected through the native Power BI connection and not working through a third party soultion/ODBC connection.
Kind regards,
Zeke
Hi, @Zeke_S
Update the power bi version to the latest version.
Check if the key was created incorrectly, and then try to connect again.
