Connect to Data Lake Gen2

Hi, I am building a dashboard, which is required to connect to DataLake Gen2.

I didn't use this as a data source before, may I seek some advice what will be the pros and cons for this connector?

And anything that should be awared of?

Whereas, do you think there will be any limitation when connecting BI to datalake comparing with SQLdb?

I only found that Direct query is not applicable with Datalake.

And seemingly, the refresh time seems longer?
