Hi,
I have one query regarding sharepoint folder multiple files.
In my task, I have total 40 files in sharepoint folder which has multiple sheets.
I want to connect that all 40files in power bi desktop, also this report is dynamic so if any new Excel is introduced in the folder all the transformations get applied to that file & it gets added automatically to the final report.
Is there any solution for this task?

Hi @Anonymous ,
You need to connect the sharepoint folder in powerbi. Refer to the following steps:
Note that when connecting to a sharepoint folder, you can't connect directly to a subfolder; instead, you must connect to the root directory and then look down until you find the desired folder.
The user will be prompted to authenticate their login as follows, and they will need to log in with the appropriate credentials.
Successful connection to excel file in sharepoint folder.
When there is a new excel file in sharepoint, the latest data will be synchronized after refreshing the refersh button in the power query.

Does the SharePoint folder connection dynamically pick up new files it the folder that meet the transformation query/filter?
I've got what I think is very similar to the initial question here, where I start with 40 files, but I'm going to have one of two things happening throughout the lifespan of this project. First, my most recent file will get appended with more data records (i.e., 11 months of data, gets month 12 data added). Second, I'll get a new file for the next year. In both situations, I want and need the files to continue to be picked up and to have all the data transformations applied so that my individual records can be put together and some unpivoting of columns occurs.
