Connect Power BI to Microsoft Azure Blob container

Hi,

I am trying to connect PowerBI to Microsoft Azure Blob container. It get connected but it takes a lot time to download data because of data size(data size>40GB).

Is there any way to download such a huge dataset in a quick way?

Hi Parimal_Patil,

The speed is of data downloading depends on Azure Blob connector and Azure Blob. I would recommend you to post your question to azure forum to achieve more info.

@Parimal_Patil did you discover anything about this?

I've got different behaviours downloading data from two different blob storages containers (one quite fast, another one very slow), anyway the two storage have same features: Storage (general purpose v1) - Standard Perfomance - Location West Europe

Best regards
