Conditional formatting

Hi all,

Hope someone can help me with the following.

Below is a simple table.

What I want is the following;

If the TIME_TO_COMPLETE is more than 00:20 and the MODALITY_OUT is TRUCK, the time to complete value must shown up in YELLOW.

Is there a formula to do so?

Thanks for your help!

John

@jwi1 , hope time complete is a measure the color measure

if( [TIME_TO_COMPLET] >= time(0,0,20) && [MODALITY_OUT] = "TRUCK" , "Yellow", "White")

Use in conditional formatting using field value option

[TIME_TO_COMPLET] >= 20 // if time in second and formatted as time
