Conditional formatting on matrix rows

Hello,

I've been searching for quite a while now, but it appears Power BI doesn't want you to conditional format whatever is in the "Rows" in a matrix.

Would anyone know how to color my YearWeek field based on the current week number. (past + current week = colored)

Quite outrageous.

I have voted for the biggest one I found but the idea was suggested back in 2020!

Microsoft really needs to do something about this... Otherwise, Tableau it is.
