Conditional formatting not working

Suppposed to show red x when the value of flag is 1 and green check when it is 0. Just shows up as one symbol no matter the order. Can someone please help?Screenshot 2023-01-11 at 5.05.18 PM.png

Fixed my own problem again by changing the data type to number 😆
