I am trying to create a rule which sets the font colour to red if it is vallue 100 or gre4ater however it does not seem to be working...
Ok is greyed out anbd it doesnt let me continue.. any help appreciated?

the conditional formatting is a little tricky to set up. Hope Microsoft will improve that soon.
You have to remove the 0. Then it says "is less than or equal to - Maximum". Absolutely not intuitive, but that should fix it:
