Conditional formatting in table and card

Dear community,

Please help me with below-mentioned problem statement to change the background color of a cell if it is negative

Data Sample ( A table)

Target   Actual  Deviation

100        89        11

89          93         -4     ( change background color of the cell to red as it is negative)

92         88          4

78          88        -10

Case 1: where only deviation cell background should be red.

Case 2: Where I would like to show the background of entire row as red.

Another problem

Lets say I am calculating a measure through a formula and I would like to make its background as red if the calculated value is negative.

Please help me.

Thanks in advance

@Anonymous , You either use rule-based conditional formating or create a color measure and use that with "field" option

example

Color Date = if(FIRSTNONBLANK('Date'[Date],TODAY()) <today(),"lightgreen","red")
