Conditional formatting in table and card

Dear community,&nbsp;&nbsp;Please help me with below-mentioned problem statement to change the background color of a cell if it is negative&nbsp;Data Sample ( A table)Target&nbsp; &nbsp;Actual&nbsp; Deviation&nbsp;100&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 89&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1189&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 93&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;-4&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;( change background color of the cell to red as it is negative)92&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;88&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 4&nbsp;78&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 88&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; -10&nbsp;Case 1: where only deviation cell background should be red.Case 2: Where I would like to show the background of entire row as red.&nbsp;Another problemLets say I am calculating a measure through a formula and I would like to make its background as red if the calculated value is negative.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Please help me.Thanks in advance&nbsp;

Anonymous , You either use rule-based conditional formating or create a color measure and use that with "field" option
example
Color Date = if(FIRSTNONBLANK('Date'[Date],TODAY()) &lt;today(),"lightgreen","red")
