even I change this to 3 or 0.03 it always fill to 0% value, where as with font color I need to choose '0.03' number, PBI so confused, I use the same function in excel and it work fine.

@Uzi2019 's result is quite correct, and it is the fact that under the gradient rule there is always a gradual transition from the minimum to the maximum value that causes such a visual error

and take Rules instead of Gardient

I want to use "gradient' , not distinct color for number, It already apply in Excel, why it cannot in PowerBI? This function not work as it expected to
