Conditional column with specific values

Hello.

I have the results of a survey in which the answers are “yes” and “no”. From Power query with the conditional column function I transformed the answers “Yes” to 1 and “No” to 0. The problem I have is that for question 3 the logic is the other way around: ‘Yes’ would have to be 0 and “No” is worth 1. I have tried filtering the values of Question 3 but I have not succeeded. I would like to know if this can be done from Power Query or do the conditional column creation as a DAX.

I leave a screenshot with the result I get with the Conditional Column and another column with "what I want".

Please check the below picture and the attached pbix file.

= Table.AddColumn(Source, "Expected result", each if [Questions] = "Question 3" then if [Answer] = "No" then 1 else 0 else if [Answer] = "Yes" then 1 else 0)

Thanks @Jihwan_Kim

Is there any option to do it from Power qwery?
Thanks in advance.

Cheers

@Jihwan_Kim's solution is already in Power Query.
