Conditional Waterfall Chart

I am working on a table that is meant to be used as a waterfall chart to look at volume of production changes by month and by file (data tag). Each data tag is a file that changes each month. I want to program the table to visualize the waterfall by color. Trickling down as each month becomes actualized and not a projection where P1 = July . I also only want to show specific data tags in chronological order for this year that has the ability to stay dynamic and view different fiscal months that make up a year.
