Conditional Value Calculation Through Measure

I have a situation of conditional Calculation based on Time intelligence. 

Scenario

I have Two Measures Defined as below

1. Actual Amount

2. Budgeted Amount

What i am looking for is to develop a third measure that displays conditional replacement of above measures. For instance, if the Date is at Current Month of the selected Year. It Should Display the Actual Amount for Jan,Feb,Mar and Should Display Budgeted Amount from April Through December.

So when the reporting shifts in May 2022, it should display Actual Amount for Jan,Feb,Mar,Apr and Budgeted Amount for Rest of the Months.

For the Future Period it should always display budgeted amount and for the passed period always actual amount

Please try the following formula:

Measure = 
IF ( MIN ( 'Table'[Date] ) <= TODAY (), [Actual Amount], [Budgeted Amount] )
